It’s always inspiring to read about contrarian or unexpected investments that later prove to be remarkably prescient, or perhaps just remarkably lucky.

Out in West Texas, it’s practically impossible to work in the oil and gas business without encountering references to Fasken Ranch, Fasken Oil & Gas, or Fasken-related operations. The signs, trucks, wells, and leases appear in nearly all directions throughout the Permian Basin.

The Fasken Family Holdings

The Fasken family maintains substantial land and mineral holdings in Texas. According to a Bloomberg report, one early investor purchased barren Texas land for $1.50 per acre that is now valued at approximately $7 billion, located in the heart of the Permian Basin.

Wholesale Land Pricing

While our properties aren’t quite priced at $1.50 per acre, Remarkable Land specializes in selling land at below-market rates. Many of our properties are remarkably affordable. Our goal is offering wholesale pricing so buyers gain immediate equity while we benefit from faster sales.
